IKRT PROGRAMS AGREEMENT AND TERMS
To consult with Integrative Ketogenic Research & Therapies Ltd, and their programs and services, I agree to the following statements:
Legal Agreements
If I have any legal issue or complaint about this program, I agree to go through the English courts only (not courts in the US, EU, or anywhere else). This agreement follows the laws of England.
Program Fees
By joining the IKRT group program, I agree to pay for the full program, even if I decide to stop early. I understand this is because IKRT prepares and invests in the program and I before it starts.
No Refunds After the Program Starts
I understand refunds are only available if I cancel before 5:00 PM UK time on the Thursday before the program starts.
For the IKRT Group Foundations or Mastery programs, they begin with the first live call. I understand once the program starts, no refunds will be given, no matter the reason.
Note from IKRT:
We know life can be unpredictable. In rare and exceptional circumstances (like a serious illness or family emergency), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or reschedule outside of our usual policies. These are case-by-case decisions, are not guaranteed, and do not create a rule for the future. IKRT’s decision on what counts as an extraordinary circumstance is final.
My Responsibility
I understand that I am fully responsible for my health. IKRT is here to support and educate me, not to replace my doctor. If something falls outside IKRT’s area of expertise, they may recommend another professional.
I accept that I am joining this program at my own risk, and I take full responsibility for any effects it may have on me.
Liability Waiver
By joining this program, I accept all risks associated with dietary and lifestyle changes, including the risk of harm or even death (however unlikely), and I will not hold IKRT, Erin Louise Bellamy, or any team member responsible for anything that happens to me as a result of the program. This includes any illness or injury, whether or not it was caused by a mistake.
Technology
IKRT 1:1 Services: I understand that if I attend 1:1 video appointments with a practitioner or specialists at Integrative Ketogenic Research & Therapies Ltd, they will be summarised using AI Zoom Summary for review purposes only by the specialist team working directly with me and that summaries will be stored alongside my personal file on PracticeBetter. This only applies to 1:1 appointments and services. This AI-generated data is secured and not shared externally.
IKRT Foundations and Mastery Program: Nothing will be transcribed or summarised in these programs.
Confidentiality
IKRT 1:1 Services: I understand that confidentiality is guaranteed through 1:1 services.
IKRT Foundations and Mastery Program: I understand that this is an educational program, not medical care, and participation occurs in a shared environment. Therefore, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in this program.
I understand that all program members are asked to sign a short ‘Community Privacy Agreement’ before participating. If IKRT is informed of a confidentiality breach, the individual responsible will be removed from the community platform.
Results
I understand that IKRT will support me in using the ketogenic diet safely. I also understand that results may vary, and there is no guarantee my mental health will improve. It is also possible that implementing a ketogenic diet may uncover previously unknown medical conditions.
Outcomes vary based on several factors, including individual biology, medication use, existing health conditions, and one’s capacity to engage in the process.
Consent to Participate
I understand everything explained above and agree to follow the program guidelines. I accept the terms and know that results may vary, especially since the science behind Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy is still developing.
Payments
I agree to pay for the full program, either:
- All at once (upfront), or
- In monthly payments we’ve agreed on.
I understand these monthly payments are to help me manage costs, not a “pay-as-you-go” system. I must finish all payments even if I leave the program early. This is because a significant amount of work, planning, and resources are invested upfront to support my experience. If monthly payments are missed, IKRT may suspend access to the program until my payments are brought up to date.
I understand that refunds are not issued if I decide the program isn’t for me; this is in line with how most educational or healthcare programs operate. While I am free to step back at any point, payment for the full program remains due.

Cooling Off Period for Group and Online Programs
I understand I am entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment, during which I can request a refund if I can't participate in the program. All refunds requested during this period will incur a £50 administrative fee.
1:1 Services
I understand that IKRT services are offered as packages, each with a set number of appointments specified at the time of purchase. Payment for these packages is required upfront, before my initial appointment or consultation.
Monthly payments may not directly correlate with the number of appointments used. If payment for the services is not received when due, IKRT may suspend the services immediately until the outstanding amount is paid.
Communication
I understand that if I contact IKRT between scheduled appointments, then they may at their discretion, provide a brief response to me free of charge. If however, they consider that more time is needed to deal appropriately with my communication, then they may either:
advise me to book an appointment; or save my questions for my next scheduled appointment, or
inform me of the time needed to spend in responding to me and the fee which would be payable by me for such a response. They will obtain my approval to charge such a fee before incurring any fees.
Non-Appearance
I understand that if I reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, the Appointment will be considered as "used" and it will not be possible to reschedule it. This is true of all situations, including when I am using a package or part of a program which includes weekly, bi-weekly or monthly appointments.
If I fail to attend my appointment and do not contact IKRT prior to my appointment to reschedule, the appointment will be considered as "used" and it will not be possible to reschedule it. Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of services without refund.
Initial Consultation
I understand that to provide the services, IKRT will require certain information from me. This includes the Agreement and Consent form, Nutritional Intake form, and Metabolic Mental Health Intake form, which must be submitted at least 24 hours before the initial consultation.
These forms are available online through Practice Better, and I will gain access to them shortly after purchasing my appointment, call, or package. If I fail to provide this required information, or if I provide incomplete or incorrect details after IKRT requests them, they may postpone the services on short notice, and I will still be charged the full consultation fee of £150.
I agree to provide true and accurate answers to the questions. IKRT are not liable for any delays or non-performance due to missing or incorrect information. If the services are deferred, it will not affect my obligation to pay any invoices already issued.
Cancellation
I understand I may cancel any order for Services with at least 2 working days (48 hours) notice before the initial appointment by emailing: hello@ikrt.org. If I cancel an order and I have made a payment in advance for services that have not been provided to me or initiated, IKRT will provide me with a full refund minus a £50 admin fee.
However, no refund will be issued if the order is cancelled with less than 2 working days notice before the initial appointment or if IKRT has already started providing the services by that time.
Circumstances Beyond IKRT’s Control
I understand that IKRT are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations due to events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, war, strikes, or network failures). If such events occur, IKRT will notify me as soon as possible, and their obligations will be paused for the duration of the disruption.
Governing Law
English law governs these Terms and the contract between IKRT and I. English courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise out of these Terms or the contract between IKRT and I.
COMMUNITY PRIVACY AGREEMENT
I understand that this is an educational program, not medical care, and participation takes place in a shared environment. As such, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. However, if IKRT confirms a confidentiality breach, the individual responsible will be removed from the community platform.
Private Community on Simplero Platform
I understand that the private community platform, where I may seek support between calls from other members, is GDPR compliant but is not HIPAA compliant. This means the platform is not designed to store or protect sensitive medical information in the way a healthcare provider’s system would. This is because:
- The platform does not collect, store, or process any personal health information (all personal health data is securely managed within PracticeBetter).
- The community is intended for education, peer support, and general discussion only, and does not constitute a practitioner-client relationship.

- Treat all members with kindness, empathy, and respect. We celebrate diverse experiences and encourage open, non-judgmental conversations.
Stay On-Topic
- Please keep posts and comments focused on ketogenic therapy and mental health. Off-topic content may be removed to keep the group valuable for all.
Protect Privacy
- What’s shared here stays here. Do not screenshot, copy, or share anyone’s posts, comments, or personal stories outside the group, ever.
No Medical Advice
- Feel free to share your own experience, but avoid giving medical advice. Always encourage others to speak with a qualified healthcare provider for personal medical concerns.
Support and Engage
- This is a space for connection and encouragement. Ask questions, share your journey, and support others along the way. All levels of participation are welcome, whether you're sharing regularly or quietly learning.
No Promotions or Self-Promotion
- To keep the group focused and free from pressure, please don’t post ads, links to services, or promote personal businesses without moderator approval.
Report Issues
- If you see anything that feels harmful, inappropriate, or out of alignment with these guidelines, please report it to the moderators. We’re here to keep the space safe and helpful.
